As I’m sure you’ve all heard by now, the XFL has announced the 8 cities that will host teams to kick off their inaugural 2023 season https://www.xfl.com/teams A couple of surprises but, for the most part, they went with cities from the old XFL and leased the stadiums that hosted them. We knew San Diego was a longshot but, our number one goal was to get San Diego and their fans on the leagues radar when they start looking at cities for expansion. And, after making contact with XFL leagues officials, as well as, key players from both San Diego State and Snapdragon Stadium, we are more confident than ever that San Diego and state of the art Snapdragon stadium will receive strong consideration.

I’m sorry San Diego wasn’t included in this round, I feel you should have a team there. I understand the original stadium, Jack Murphy, is gone but the new stadium built for San Diego State would have been a better option to show a fan base exists. I thought for sure the LA Wildcats would have moved south. I will ask all of you to not give up in attempting to get an expansion team. I’ll continue to hope that you can get one.
